- Rack layout and configuration: position, row orientation, and total number of racks on your warehouse floor plan.
- Dimensions and elevations: overall length, width, clear height, beam levels, and rack footprint.
- Aisle widths and clearances: spacing between rack rows, staging areas, and forklift turning radius.
- Storage zones: slotting based on SKU type, turnover rate, storage method, and inventory control needs.
